"Not sure it’s the real deal"
The bottle just looked a little off to me, so I’m not totally convinced it’s authentic. Shipping was fine, but the whole uncertainty around the product feels unnecessary.

I reached out for help with my issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. i kept hoping they’d come through, but my instinct told me early on this wasn’t going anywhere. Still waiting for someone to actually help.

"The recommendations just didn’t work for me"
I gave it a fair shot because I figured maybe it needed a little time to understand my preferences, but the recommendations were just way off. I’m not being overly picky, I know what I usually like, and these suggestions didn’t really match that at all. It might work for someone else, but it wasn’t for me.

"Prices Didn’t Really Add Up for Me"
I really wanted to like this shop because I’d been browsing around during my lunch break and thought a few things looked cute, but once I started actually looking at the prices, it kind of took the excitement out of it. Some items just felt marked up more than they should be, and I didn’t see anything that made the higher cost make sense to me.

Maybe it’s a better fit for people who don’t mind paying extra, but for me it just didn’t feel fair. I kept thinking I could probably find something similar somewhere else for less, so I ended up passing on ordering and probably won’t be back.

I don’t know why exchanging something had to be this complicated, but it took way longer than it should have. I expected a simple swap and instead it felt like I was stuck waiting around forever with barely any clear updates. It’s just frustrating because an exchange should not turn into a whole project

I ordered a couple of bottles and, honestly... one of them tasted really off. It was kind of sour and flat, like it had gone bad or something. The other bottle wasn’t much better either, which was disappointing. For the price, I was expecting way better quality, so yeah... I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I really wanted to get through the site, but it just felt like such a waste of energy. Pages were loading slowly, and even finding basic information took way longer than it should have. The menu felt all over the place, and checkout was confusing enough that I ended up giving up after a few tries. It definitely needs a lot of work

"Refund process has been all over the place"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been a mess. I haven’t gotten a clear update, no real timeline, nothing useful like “it’ll be processed by Friday” or “we’re checking with the billing team” or even “here’s the next step.” I’ve checked my email, my account, my bank app, the order page, everything, and it’s just the same vague situation. It feels like one of those things where you keep refreshing, keep asking, keep hoping someone gives you a straight answer, but you just end up more annoyed

"Wish I’d Picked a Different Store"
I regretted stopping in here. The place felt dusty and kind of messy, and I noticed sticky spots near some of the shelves, which really put me off. I didn’t feel comfortable browsing for long, so I ended up leaving quickly. Definitely wish I’d gone somewhere else instead

"Not the best choice for a gift"
I ordered from bacchusandvenus.com for someone’s birthday, and while the item itself was fine, the whole thing didn’t feel very gift-ready. The packaging was really plain, and there wasn’t any nice note or thoughtful presentation included. I ended up having to re-wrap it myself, and even then it kind of looked like I’d thrown it together at the last minute. It’s probably okay if you’re buying something for yourself, but for a present, I felt a little disappointed and wished I’d chosen something else

"Couldn’t find anything I needed"
I checked for a handful of things I was planning to buy, and almost everything was out of stock. Maybe I just picked a bad day, who knows. I was already in a bit of a hurry too, because I had to stop for gas after and somehow gas stations are always more crowded when you’re annoyed. Anyway, it was frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll bother checking here next time.
